Apllication for wild card

I applied for a wild card in 2012 if I am correct it was in November, I paid for the wildcard and they debited my account but took double the money they phoned me and said that they will correct the problem and send me a contract and a temporary permit, I still didn't receive my money nor did I get my wild card. Im going to the kruger national park in july and after several calls to them I still did not get any help
