Very bad client service delivery

I would like to make it known that the management of the said resort is extremely unfriendly and have no comrehension of what it means to have a shread of human decency. I visited the resort on invitation in the hopes of selling me a membership. The invitation was accepted as a result of feedback I received from my sister, who was there last year. my parents alos accompanied me, as they did last year. They have a small "minpin" dog, that is 9 years old, which went with last year as well. This year however, there was a problem with the dog, as the unit (a full title loose standing house), the dog was not allowed. We were duly informed, and made a plan to leave the dog with friends overnight. We collected the dog in the mornings to spend the day with us. On Monday 16/09, we stopped at the house to use the bathroom, and the dog was spotted. We were contacted and informed to vacate the premisses by no later than 3pm, or the SAPS would be contacted. We requested to spend the night, as we had a 3 year old child with us, and had to travel about 1200km to get home. This was denied and we were forced out. I also suffered from a rash since day 1 in that house. We are not happy
