We WERE regular campers at MBIZI, but this December 2013, vacation was the last holiday at this resort.
Firstly the rates they charge is outrages, now they state that they are a 5 star resort. 5 star my @#$/^#@. Then you are forced to stay a specific number of nights.
The so callers entertainment is nothing to brag about, it started at 10 am, they played a few games with the children and that lasted for maybe 2 hours if they were lucky.
The lady's bathroom (small absolution nere the grassed circle) was constantly flooded with water because the toilet had a leak and it was not repaired in the time we were at the resort, a bucket was put under the leak.
On the 25th family came to visit 3 adults and a child of 1 year old, it cost us R500, we were told it is R100 per person despite their age and R100 vir the vehicle. It is outrageous to pay R100 for a child of this age.
At the restaurant we had to eat out of take away containers for a 5 star resort this is not acceptable and then you pay R127 for 3 toasted sandwiches, this is outrageous.
This was our last visit, there is so many resorts in the area that is worth a visit. And there rates is acceptable.
