Never in my life had I been handled and spoken to in such a derogatory manner especially by a healthcare employee who should show compassion. I understand that visiting hours exist for a reason however when a patient is terminal and dying from Cancer surely exceptions can and should be made. I was not the only family affected by this but several other families as well. My father has been at Life Roseacres and I have nothing but praise for their staff, The Glynnwood can learn from their counterpart. From admission till now The Glynnwood has done little to impress or console me. The ethos of 'Life Healthcare's vision is to be a world class provider of quality care for all' is sadly lacking at this hospital. Mr. Jakes Scholtemeyer do not hide behind your secretary or even worse deny family of patients your email address which reception told me they don't have. Call me and take responsibility for your hospital and the attitude of your staff.
