Last week Wednesday evening (The 16th of January) i phoned the Radison blu Port Elizabeth because i wished to book a room for some customers that were flying down this week. The girl that answered my call was Roxy, from the beginning of the call she had a very rude and aggressive tone of voice i am not quite sure what i said to upset her, but after a while i got fed up and i told her you are being very rude to me, she then just hung up on me. Clearly the Radisson blu is doing extremely well if they can afford to chase away potential customers . i was not even going to bother logging a complaint but after i contacted the Bay hotel and was given such wonderful service i had to let the Radisson know where they could send their staff to learn some manners.
