I have been a member of Discovery since 2010 through my company. I recently changed jobs and my medical aid was cancelled. I made contact with discovery to activate a package for me within my 3month period so that I don't wait for 3months but the service and excuses that I have been getting from them is very disappointing. I am waiting for my medical aid and Vitality to be activated and have been in contact with them since the beginning of last month but Mashilo has not been helpful at all and also didn't respond to my last mail.
