Bad service and no feedback

We managed to get a booking at Swadini Forever Resort for the weekend of the 6th to the 8th of September. We did the booking on the 5th and was not informed that there will be any problems regarding the hot swimming pool. We were looking forward to a peaceful weekend, relaxing in the warm water. At our arrival we discovered that all the swimming pools are cold due to the replacing/fixing of the pumps. At Friday evening the contractors told us that the water will be nice and warm in the morning. Needless to say, when we left on Sunday, the problem was still not fixed. It was to chilly to use the cold water pool. We tried! I did phone Customer Care on the Monday and was revered to Mr. Christo Wagenaar. I send him an e-mail and he replied that we will get a response very soon. I send him another e-mail on the 13th with no reply up to now. The point that I am trying to make is that I am sure that the staff at the resort knew before hand that there was a problem with the pools and I feel that we could have been warned when we did the booking. I feel it was deliberately kept from us not to cancel our booking. What a waste of money! I feel deceived and not easily trust Aventura again!
