The worst mistake I ever made was to try to join Momentum. I cancelled my membership within 30 days of signing up (in February 2013.
Since then I have been receiving SPAM on a regular basis. I have constantly asked them to remove my details from their contacts list, and yesterday I received an e-mail confirming that I wouldn't be contacted again.
Today I received an SMS asking me to rate the service of someone who supposedly spoke to me yesterday, but I haven't spoken to anyone from Momentum for months now.
Remove my details from your system and LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
