I called in this morning at 8am to book a room for next week i asked for the rates and the lady said to me that its R480 a night, i called back a little later and the lady tells me that the price is gone up to R550 a night. Now their website says that their price is R479 p/n with no mention of peak and offpeak prices. check their website

So I complained about the price increase so they amended it and I booked it and was informed that a confirmation would be emailed to me shortly. After 2 hours I called to query why I didn't receive the confirmation, she said that all the rooms were booked out and she cannot assist further. The lady was also very rude to me so the service also.

Now I don't know what type of an organisation they are running but I really hope none of you readers experience the same thing I went through. I am now sitting without accommodation because I was relying on this.
