I am not very impressed with your medical aid. I sent forms into join when I saw the price of the medical air at R675.00 per month. No where does it say that there is a penalty charge that u are charging of R33.
I was on a medical aid discovery health Key Care Plus from 1/7/2013 till present before that I was on one onecare health through nedbank till November 2010 when I was retrenched then I could not afford a medical aid as I had no job.
I would like some to call me back regards this situation. Otherwise I will withdraw my membership and also I would only like it to start from 1 November 2013 now
