I sent a request to Bonitas on the 10/09/2013 to pay a rejected dental claim from my accumalated savings account. I have now followed up 4 times and Bonitas is still not sure of what process is supposed to be followed to finalise this payment. I get sent from pillar to post and no one is willing see this to finality. I've had a similar incident earlier in the year, and it caused a lot of frustation, as the Bonitas team is not in a position to deal with these type of matters. I really think we need to get one month's discount from paying our medical aid contribution for bad service like this.
At this point in time the service provider has not as yet been paid.
