Same as a prior complaint my wife is the main member as we said this was the better medical to be on.
They had no issue with our first child but with our second i have to pay in as the doctor is not on there list.
First time i heard of this and when i called in and asked the response was that they sent out a letter.
After a few emails and a number of calls to the call center and talking nice most of the time without losing my cool too much. I realise they dont actually care too much i was told that i dont have a leg to stand on.
Then i was told that they wont even look at paying full amount or more than what they paying at the moment.
I was sent a letter on more than one occasions!
I might be wrong but letters do get lost and most of the time there is so many adds you think its junk mail.
So yes i admit im most probably wrong but not even to be able to talk to a manager or get e-mail addy for a other department to voice the concern is terrible.
So be warned check in with them on ya terms and conditions because they will not "change it for ANY ONE CUSTOMER"
I will have to take the knock and most probably just find a medical aid that treats the customer as a human not a wallet
