I dont know where to start i have requested that fedhealth pay the balance of my medical bill from MY SAVINGS.till this day this hasnot been done and i spoke to a person named Christophe B about this and he promised to look into it and slove it. Whe i called to ask to speak to the fund manager i was told they dont take calls, if they are not going to assist a paying customer what is their job. I want this billed paid so that i can get my glasses. i cannot take this BAD SERVICE. I am paying a huge amount already for this medical aid and what do i get??? BAD SERVICE.THIS IS THE REFERENCE NUMER 281013QD4BN2 i am sick of calling FEDHEALTH.
