Pathetic Service ref Woolworths Healthy Food Ben

Since July I have been complaining to Discovery that no WW health food benefits have been displayed as cash back. Every time Disovery has excuses as to why the transactions are not displaying. Initially Discovery said there was a issue with the WW benefit this then translated into spefically an issue with my wife and my accounts and lately this was identified as a issue between the myschool card, Woolworths and discovery. Myschool card confirms all details are correct and cards are registered. The service from the discovery agents of which I have dealt with several is shocking. After 2 months I have yet to speak to a manager, I have yet to have any correspondance in writing, I have not had in sign that Discovery know the nature of the problem, I am spending Man Days dealing with call centre staff who do not understand the back office and simply act as a stunbling block in getting this matter resolved.
