GRATEFUL for their EXCELLENT SERVICE

On the 1st of June 2013 we started as new clients at Medihelp, on the 8th of June 2013 our 4 year old girl fell and broke her arm, we rushed to medi clinic vergelegen, gave them our brand new medical aid card, both me and my husband were sceptical as we both knew we only became members as of a week ago and they will not pay as we have a waiting period, as it is with any medical aid, as the doctors and nurses were assisting us and after all is done they told us she has to go in to theatre so they could pull the arm straight and put the cast on, with any parent you dont care you just say go ahead and do what is best for your child and we will deal with the bills later, after all is done doctors, x rays, ect, 3 days go by and the bills come flying in, shock and horror what todays medical assistance cost, i phoned medi help and told them what had happend, the lady i spoke to said, there is no worry, as your medical bill at the hospital has been paid, please send us your other doctors accounts and we will see to them as well, and all of them a big percentage was also paid! GREAT SERVICE MEDI HELP!!! WELL DONE, We are happy we chose you for our medical aid. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
