I had a query yesterday relating to my son and vitality & the virgin active benefit. Linda assisted me and he was very friendly and efficient. Within a matter of a few minutes he consulted his manager & then promised sort it out never the less himself. He offered and did call the Virgin Active consultant directly and assisted very efficiently to get the matter resolved. I believe Linda is a great asset to the call centre and making dazzling difference to his customers. He deserves to be nominated for an award. Thank you!
