Made a booking for 11 days Dec'12 - were offered 3 extra days for free = 14days a 2 sleeper @ R220.00pps = R440 per day. We were charged = R8962.00. Mr Naude now claims he quoted us on Room 1 - which was a 6 sleeper, main bedroom queen size bed - NO!! double bed thats broken and a private jacuzzi, NO!! a blocked drain, rusted Hydro massage shower, that doesn't function properly, dirty curtains, paint drums standing in the lounge. I have proof of sms's he send me, offering us the six sleeper at the same price for a couple of days? WHY did he do that - The 2 sleeper was already occupied by another couple. We did not mind to move over when they leave, but he tried to move us severel times, as if we were FREE lancers. How can he confirm that there is space if its already occupied - overcharge us by R 4122.00 - now claims everything different - The advert on Rooms for Africa web-site shows everything neat and tidy, sattelite in all rooms - NO, only TV3 or Etv and a person could hardly see anything.
