I made a booking at the vacation club in June this year. The booking was for an 8 sleeper because I wanted to take my disabled mother and her nanny with. A month later I receive a letter indicating that my 8 sleeper is cancelled with no explanation and there is only a six sleeper ground unit. I was very dissapointed but the agents said that there is nothing that can be done. When I made payment of R5000 I receive an email confirming payment and to my surprise a letter confirming the balance on an 8 sleeper. I was very surprised and queried the letter I waited almost 3 months and still no response. In the interim I made other arrangements for my mother to sty in a nursing home. To my surprise I received a call last week saying that my booking for the 6 sleeper was cancelled due to none payment again in shock and stressed out because this is the only holiday I planned. I called and demanded help. Than the agent tells me that the payment is on he 8 sleeper booking and the only way she can help I must complete a movement of funds. I am utterly disgusted with the incompetence. I incurred an additional cost of R5000 to put my mother in a nursing home. It's sad how committed customers
