I was disgusted when I had received threatening phone calls and SMS's from SCS collections agents for an alleged outstanding balance. Lancet have never sent me an invoice, so how can they expect to be paid. When their agent's first called I requested an invoice, which was never sent to me. I then received a threatening SMS to which I had to call in to try and resolve. The SCS agent was not helpful at all and even put the phone down. Why is Lancet not able to just post a simple invoice? It is far cheaper and better customer service, to post an account to your customer rather than threatening through lawyers. Do not expect me nor my family to visit a Lancet lab again.
