Call centre always unavailable

Once again Momentum Health call centre was unable when we needed them urgently. We were then forced to drive to their offices, which are a considerable distance away, to get clearance for medical matters. This is unacceptable Momentum. The call centres should be available 24/7 for emergencies such as this... and back up or plan b procedures should be in place.
