I urgently need to bring the following to your attention.
Every 2-3 years my dad is admitted to hospital to undergo the colonoscopy procedure, previous years he was sent to Kloof Hospital.
This time around, it was Unitas Hospital.
-The service was really very, very bad. My dad was treated poorly, he was put in such uncomfortable positions.
-The staff was unprofessional, the staff was definitely treating him with, they didn't really want to help him, talking to him with disrespect and having attitude.
-A person was having his foot scrap on the site of my dad's bed, then the staff took all that dirty gorse, bandages, and bowl, and just shove it on my dad's bedside desk, on top of his clothes that was lying there, as he was in theatre, my mom had to take it away - because the staff just did not care.
-The hospital rooms was dirty.
-The black male nurse that took the drip out, was so unprofessional, I have never seen anything like this before. When he had to take out the trip, he pulled it with force, made the needle bend, and keep pulling, then the blood was oozing out of my dad's hand, he just let the drip hang there, there was even blood on the floor, not
