I went to my GP for a new script for my medication, and to my surprise, the payment for the consult was rejected!
What I don't understand is why the payment was rejected when we have atleast R2000 left for GP consults, and I've been going to this doctor for atleast 10 years and on all occasions the claims were honoured!
Now how on earth was this claim rejected when we have funds, a doctor that charges Bonitas rate and part of the Bonitas GP network.
I salute all those who misuse and the scheme, because we are being robbed; we pay close to R5000.00 a month (on time) and don't get full cover.
