Lancet keep sending me SMS's for payment and threaten legal action, even way after I've paid accounts and back-paid accounts. I phone their call centre, they apologise about the error and promise that they'll correct the allocation and then i start getting the threatening SMS's again. when i try and speak to senior management to express my displeasure, i get put through to call centre supervisors. Absolutely amateurish account administration. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that i cannot resolve this.
