A certain Emmanuel called me from the number 2711 615 4955 and told me that he was calling from Hotel express to extend my membership. It later turned out that he had signed me for their program which is not hotel express and had taken R3500 from my account. He claims to have got my details from hotel express which totally denies this. For two weeks my money has been sitting in their account and has considerably inconvenienced me without an apology. This is not good practice and I intend on opening a police case.
