I DO NOT GET PAID BY LANCET

WE DO NOT GET PAID BY LANCET TO RE-SUBMIT THERE DOCUMENTS. IF THEY DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY THE FIST TIME, THIS WOULD NOT BE NECESSARY. THE CANCER PATIENT DO NOT WORK FOR ANY OF THE LANCET BRANCHES, THEY NEED TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PEOPLE TO SEE IF THEY ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB OR NOT. AS WE HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH THEM SINCE LAST YEAR JUNE WITH OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS. IF THE CONSULTANTS AND OR ACCOUNTS RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT THE BRANCH DO NOT ADD THE CORRECT DETAILS ONTO THE DOCUMENTS, WHY IS THAT THEY THREATEN AND ARE RUDE DAILY??? THEY SHOULD KNOW BY NOW WHAT THE CORRECT ONCOLOGY CODE IS AND YET THEY TELL ME TO "CORRECT" THE STATEMENT AND RE-SUBMIT IT... WHICH I CANT DO AS I AM NOT WORKING FOR THEM. THEY NEED TO ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT ON ALL THEIR DOCUMENTS BEFORE THEY START THREATENING A CLIENT / PATIENT/CUSTOMER WITH HAND OVERS TO THE ITC... AND THE RUDENESS IS NOT EVEN ACCEPTABLE. WE ARE SO TIRED AND FED UP THAT THEY UPSET MY MOTHER (WHICH IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT)... SHE DOES NOT NEED THEIR ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS AT ALL.AS I HAVE BEEN CORRESPONDING WITH THE MEDICAL AID ABOUT ALL THIS & LANCET NEEDS TO RE-SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS... NOT US.
