Read the mail - this has since been followed up and Lancet re-submitted the claim in March - too late by 2.5 months. I have had no statements since March so thought it was sorted

This account has not been paid by my medical aid because you have put the wrong doctor as reference.
My referring doctor was Dr LM Smit, practice no 0026530, not Prof Martin D Smith, practice no 4205634.
I have made numerous phone calls to you and to Medihelp regarding this and I am getting utterly frustrated because you are not listening.
My first call to you was in July when I informed you that Medihelp would be rejecting the claim because of the error. The latest was that the supervisor in your accounts department was going to sort this out telephonically with accounts at Medihelp as I had arranged that this could be done.
The cost of my telephone calls to you and Medihelp far exceeds the R177 of the account.
If you do not sort this out before the end of December you will not be paid as I refuse to take responsibility for your staff's incompetence.
