I started querying my transactions and account since 11 May 2012 with Delwyn. Andrea on 22 July. Janice on 26 July who gave me a number to call that does not even exist!!! Back to Delwyn on 16 August and still to date they have not sorted it out. The response I have been receiving for 3 months is: It is with a Supervisor. I have been with Discovery for over 13 years now and I am of the opinion that they cannot manage/cope with the clientele they currently manage to have. NOW DISCOVERY HAVE "FROZEN" MY ACCOUNT. I am having to pay all my medical bills and they are not deducting off the self payment gap.
