I changed from my Discovery medical aid to become a beneficiary on my husband's Discovery medical aid. I phoned more than once to confirm that this was sorted. Now suddenly OUT OF THE BLUE I receive a sms stating that I have not responded to requests for payment and need to contact them in order to prevent being blacklisted. I have contacted them TWICE and NO ONE MENTIONED ANYTHING of the sort?? I phoned the call centre and after a long conversation I was "transferred" to the correct department. I was put on hold for very long... and still this has not been resolved.
I am really not happy. This is POOR communication and POOR service. How can I trust you with medical insurance if you can't do the basics properly?
