OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT

When my baby was diagnosed with apnae, he had to make use of a life support system supplied by vital aire. My medical aid did pay some of the rental, but then suddenly stopped paying. After numerous phone call and promises all correspondense stopped. I then received a bill from vital aire for nearly R6000-00. My mom phoned moto health and spoke to a gentleman who apologised for the inconvenience and promised that moto health will for sure pay the bill. On August 20th 2013 my mom received a statement from vital aire - and yes - moto health never paid the bill for the rental of the life support system up to when the machine has been returned to vital aire.
On August 21 2013, my mom sent an email to moto health complaining, but had no response yet. What is the use of having a medical aid which do not pay for life support?? I am with another medical aid, and left the previous firm as well. What now???
