I submitted a claim on 06/08 which was supposed to be paid in 5 to 10 days. 10 days later I called and Call Centre advised nothing was done and they will expedite the payment. another week later nothing and I called again. I was advised that still nothing was done, but I should rather send another statement as the one they received is cut off. I then did this, but checked the one I sent previously was not cut off. Then called again and Greg who was not very helpfull sent it in as a new request, so now I would have to wait again. When I called again and got through to Greg again and asked why he sent it in as a new request even though I explained to him that this request was over sla he was exceptionally rude and did nothing but basically tell me I have no choice to wait untill they decide to pay me. I am very dissapointed. I really need the money and it does not seem as if though anyone at my medical aid cares.
