Medical Aid does not want to pay

I WAS ADMITTED TO LENMED HOSPITAL 09.09.2012, AUTHORISATION 14228536 GIVEN BY DISCOVERY AND I KNOW ONCE I HAVE THAT I AM 100% COVERED IN HOSPITAL. THE BILL WAS SUBMITTED FOR PAYMENT AND WAS REJECTED DUE TO WRONG CODES THAT WAS SUPPLIED FROM LENMED THE TWO PARTIES CORRESPONDED AND THE CODES WAS FIXED BY THE DOCTORS INVOLVED.THE MATTER WAS REFERRED TO A CASE MANAGER IN PE OF WHICH NO JOY IS COMING FROM THERE. I HAVE ALSO LOGGED THIS WITH CLIENTELE LEGAL THAT ALSO WENT QUIET OF WHICH I THINK ITS BECAUSE OF NO JOY FROM DISCOVERY.SO EVERY TIME I PHONE TO FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER AGENTS GETS IRRITATED WITH ME AND SEND ME FROM PILLAR TO POST. THE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING IS 8748.55 OF WHICH THEY HAVE HANDED OVER TO THE DEBT COLLECTORS, I AM A BRAIN PRESSURE PATIENT AND ALL THIS STRESS OF DISCOVERY IS NOT CONTRIBUTING TO THE HEALING OF MY DIAGNOSE. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT PLEASE.
