Hi there, I delevelope a cyst on my left side chick - 2years ago. I was refered by a GP in Mosselbay to see a sergeon Dr Burger who then removed the cyst. Now 2 years later the cyst appears again (Moto Health treat me as if it is my fault that it came out again) and is now - 3cm's big. Dr Mc Donald our GP refered me to Dr Neokorides the surgeon who is suppose to operate on 24/01/2013 at 07h00 am, and still no autherization. I spoke to the medical aid Moto Health on ref no 167753201, 167748596, 167753758, 167985667and even send them photos via e-mail and still no authorization. In late December they declined a claim for my wife who had a stroke and now I had to make arrangements with Medi Clinic to pay off the debt. Please help cause they are taking my money monthly and seek any excuse not to pay. Im the consumer and are refused by Lozuko the consultant, to speak to his supervisor Ms Thanusa Chatty.
