As a devout muslim I fasted for a month during July 2013 to August 2013 and did not meet Discovery's rolling 36 visits to the gym in a 12 month cycle and they cancelled my benefit. When I called to explain and ask them to reinstate It i was told by Mathew (a manager) that I should have realised that I was not going to go to gym and made it up prior to fasting. I am annoyed by this as I have been very committed to my gym work and only did not attend due to my religious requirements for which it seems I am going to be penalized.
