After countless attempt phoning this company with no luck (when u phone the number is constantly busy, when they finally answer the phone, you're transferred from one person to the other, which always ended up with the other line just going dead). I decided to sent an e mail, to cancel the policy, because I am not happy with the service, things that were promised were not delivered, and they have never debit my account on the agreed date. After I sent the email with the attached cancelation form. I received a call from a man that told me he's the 'Managing Director' who goes by the name Raccardo Johnson.
