On the 15th October I have phoned and sent email to downgrade my plan my husband is not working so we had to downgrade as I have two children and we need cover, been on dicovery since 2009 been phoneing i I was now put hold on for 12 min to try sort this out dont know how many times i sent email and phoned you took over R5600 off my account it is almost Dec and nothing had happened I am going to the Ombud.
