I called for gladys for help to which her sarcastic reply was "are you sure you won the hand" at this moment I asked her to please check the cameras above us and in the same breathe she interjected and spat out "no you must be certain as it will take and I quote within my quote "5years to check the cameras."" After my demands of checking the cameras I left to speak to the head floor manager who said she would talk to her and it only takes 2 minutes to check the cameras.
After checking the cameras and realizing my hand won they paid the money bet and she blurted out "sorry for being human" to which I shouted its not about being human it's about your attitude.
