Sean Overall sent an invoice to Nampak medical aid for R 5600.00, and was paid on the 31/3/2013, after 4 mths he insists the new h/a is coming, on Monday 29/07/2013, for the 4th time I went to see him, he told me it was still coming, when I told him that goods can be obtained from anywhere in the world in 5 days, he refused to supply me with a h/a, saying he would refund my medical aid..
What can I do about getting the money refunded to my medical aid? He took 2 yrs to supply my last hearing aid, eventually giving me a 2nd hand one, that belonged to someone else, his technician transferred the face plate onto my old custom shell. I asked him to program this 3mth old h/a, he said the wires need to be straightened (LOL). My hearing starts at 95 Db, which means I`m 100% deaf, and am battling to communicate,
