One evening the petrol attendant forgot to hand me back my fuel cap key. So about a week later I spoke to the "manager" Dion who then checked behind the front desk and informed me it wasn't there.
I still had my receipt so I asked him to just check on the cameras which attendant it was and ask the attendant where or what he did with my key. Dion kept my receipt and wrote my details on the back of it. Another problem I had is that I paid instore for the fuel because I purchased a cigar as well which was rang up on the receipt as oil!
After hearing nothing I went back a few days later, Dion then had denied keeping my slip and didn't know what day or time this happen but said he asked everyone and no one knew where the key was. After having a huge argument with him he agreed to check the cameras for me.
Weeks later I still had heard nothing, went back there and Dion said he checked the cameras and didn't see anything and no one knows where my key is. Another huge argument on the shop floor started and at this time one of the ladies from the front desk came and asked me if this was my key, which it was. She said Dion hadn't asked anyone!
I am so furious I'll never use Sasol again!!
