I had the displeasure of having a complaint against the casino. from my experience i can tell you that suncoast is a money grabbing casino that does not care about their clients. they surely don't train their staff on conflict resolution.
i called 25 and the neighbours and it came. the croupier placed it on 35 and the neighbours while i went to the next table to place a bet there. its simple. i won. i never got paid. my money was.
All the state of the art cameras and equipment are only there to make sure their staff dont . from my experience i can tell you that they will never pull footage to resolve a dispute.
mr horseley on duty gave me the most stinking attitude ive experienced in any establishment, i dont want my money back, i know i will never get it from a company that trains it staff to money. i just want everyone to know what suncoast is all about.
