I am deeply appalled by the service I have received from Discovery for the past couple of weeks.
I have been sent from 1 person to the other and no one assisting me. Instead I am dealing with incompetent staff members that can not pick up all missing information from a form at once instead the form gets sent back and forth. I was meant to see a gynaecologist months ago and I still have not done so due to your incompetence.
You are happy to call me with all your promotional stuff and deduct from my salary every month, but when I need urgent assistance, you can not help me with my own money that you take monthly
On Thursday I spoke to a Renatta Van der Berg and all she gave me was attitude. Today I spoke to her again and I received more attitude than a solution.
What I have could be cancerous and I have to wait and wait
