I started having abdominal pain on Monday night. Because I just started with a new job I phoned Dr Schutte like I always have in the past. Dr could help with a scope on Thursday the 3rd Oct I phone to get confirmation no ONLY to hear that it takes 3 days. I phoned and ask what do they need to speed up the process The lady said she has fax a form through to DR I phoned and NOTHING. I phoned DR rooms again on 2rd Oct still NOTHING. I phoned the medical aid and the lady then only faxed the form But DR is not available to complete this form. DUE to the lack of DISCOVERY STAFF interest I had to cancel my scope as DR don't have any space for next week. I have never had so many problems with the Medical aid and I pay R8000 a month which is not small money ONLY to find out that I have to beg I don't care about your business policy I pay for a service and expect a service not excuses why I can not go for the scope On my record you can see that I have been with Dr Schutte for years. I will honestly start looking for a other Medical Aid NO DOUGH As a customer I don't have to do Discoverys job for them NOR beg for health services
