My wife, who has been a loyal member from 1987, went for eyes operation, which resulted in a surgery that did not require her to be hospitalised. Since then she can't access over counter medication, also that with every prescription she has to pay close to 95% of what she will be charged.
This is not fair, she is on chronic medication for diabetes and it comes out of her pocket. The children can no longer receive any medical attention because she is told there are no funds. Please help!!!
