I was on suspension for not paying for the one month all good and well. The next month they debit my account for two months of which the one month I never got to use any benefits. They are eager to send me a email to say they debiting my account on the 01 August 2013 for two months but up to date my services are still suspended. Upon calling the call center I get told it will take a week due to the fact they waiting for books from the bank. I am on chronic medication like I told them but medshield does not give a about its clients as long as they get their money.
