I had a emergency stomach cut hysterectomy at Parklands Hospital and a disasterous stay - which i actually do not even want to bother to repeat again..
What an eye opener though... I was operated on Monday and the Wednesday i finally had enough and manage to get my 'discharge papers' to be told i HAVE TO WAIT - THEY MUST PUSH ME OUT IN A WHEELCHAIR! which made sense as i could hardly walk. 10 minutes later i was told" oh they dont have wheel chairs... I MUST WALK!!! What a disgusting experience.. rather use any other hospital than go there.. they treat you like ..or is it because i am white? OH.. there was a wheelchair at the front door next to the 'security' .. just standing there doing nothing... like the rest of the place.
