Shocking attitude

Called in at branch to cash a cheque - Bank opens at 8.30 but tellers do not seem to know this as they
are never ready. I have a broken leg & walk with crutches but teller for pensioners/disabled not there. No one even attempted to help me. In fact avoided me like the plague. I stood waiting for 6-8 minuted in queue. Cherry on top: It's not easy for me to walk through the revolving door, so on way out I asked the security guard to open the normal door for me.
He told me the door is only for wheel chairs and I must just walk though the revolving door.
Well ABSA - what a nice way to treat customers!
