Medi-Clinic
Negligence hurt patient, hospital running away

On the 22nd of August my daughter was involved in an accident and taken to Muelmed Medi Clinic on Pretorius street. For part of her treatment they injected her at 18h15 with 3mg of morphine. At 19h22 a nurse walked into the room (still in emergencies) and told her she can go home, and shoved crutches in her hand.
She stuggled out off the hospital with a badly injured foot, and dizzy with the morphine, and even after seeing the struggle, the nurses did not bother to offer a wheelchair.
When they got outside she waited against the wall for support while my wife fetched the car. During that time she passed out and severly injured her head when it hit the paving.
The hospital took 5 minutes to get a wheelchair, and left her so that other people can struggle to get her into the wheelchair. They offered no assistance at all and just stood back and looked at everything.
After this, they cleaned her wound, send her for a cat scan, and told her she can go home. No apology, even after I reported the incident to the head nurse on duty. Just a empty promise that the admin department will call me the next day.
After leaving messages, and sending emails I still had no reply from the hospital.
