I made a booking for my husbands B Day at Lakeside in Entabeni Game reserve. When we arrived I checked in on face book, because I thought it was going to be a awesome time away, which I should not have done. The only nice experience was the game drive and breakfast. I have really nothing else to add. We were promised 4 star facilities and service. We were horrified at the lack of maintenance of the rooms and very disappointed when we got back from our game drive on Friday night, that there was no water in our room. After a game drive, obviously you are cold and dirty and would like to clean up before dinner. The maintenance staff were totally incompetent. They assured us the water problem would be sorted out by Saturday morning. Which it was not!! We could still not bath on Saturday morning when we woke up. Friday night buffet food was cold, below average and inedible. The staff was totally unhelpful although the GM offered us a room after booking out at 9am. But our car was already packed and we just wanted to get home so we could go bath and clean up. I don't mind paying for service and good quality, but I really think it was a total waste of money making this booking. NOT 4 sta
