I recently received a call saying that i owe a Dr Rubeena Cassim an amount of R272.80 for a consult in July 2013 which the medical aid hasn't paid. I haven't been on a medical aid in 2 years and have mentioned to Medistat twice in this week, that i am 500% positive i have never been to a Dr Cassim in the past 2 years. This is to charge medical aids for consultations we never make. They have all my details correct, but my name is spelt incorrectly.
