I've been wearing glasses (spectacles) for 43 years and I've been to many optometrists over those many years. I've never once experienced the kind of service we received at Spec-Savers MEDICROSS MIDRAND. I visited them for the first time recently, for both my two boys and myself to be tested etc. I felt the warmth the minute we walked through the door even before we were offered seats. There are four ladies overall that we interacted with in that practice, Sarisha the optometrist and her three colleagues Molly, Cassie Govender and Daya Govender. It all starts with a warm smile and a kind of greeting we are only accustomed to hearing from that great icon Nelson Mandela. You immediately feel at home. Their excellent service starts with a clear step-by-step explanation of their services including any specials they have running. As you get tested, everything is thoroughly explained to you. I even know now, for the first time, the medical significance of the optical nerve! Never before in my 43 years of optical visits has anyone ever bothered to even mention the nerve. The admin is equally perfect and professional, and so is the guided selection of products. Well done ladies, thank you!
