I have been going to Optometrists for many years, having worn glasses for the last 15 or so. I've never experienced such wonderful service such as what I have received from this branch. I also need to mention that not only are your products really great but your pricing is phenomenal. Furthermore your replacement deal is brilliant. I am convinced you have to be THE best Optical group in this country. Well done. In terms of your colleagues at the Woodmead branch, they are all brilliant, so helpful, professionalal, knowledgeable and most of all, caring. I'm a proud customer and would like to thank them for going out of their way to help me, especially Kyle (I think that's his name). You guys are doing a brilliant job. Best franchisee I'm sure!
